I just got back from the Dr with the kids, and the Ped we saw was really good with the kids
I’m thankful for that because the lengths I have to go to to get anywhere to see someone for my health or hubby’s health drives me nuts.

The clocks go back an hour soon, so you’re not crazy if the
word “Vitamin D” seems to be all over the health news these days suggesting
that we need to up our Vitamin D intake to ward off the impending winter
blues.
